Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-encompassing e-mail management solution, which will give you full control over your mailbox accounts and electronic mailing lists. With this easy-to-work-with user interface, you can create a new email mailbox in no time and manage its settings easily. In addition, you can redirect e-mails from one mail account to another, finetune mail filters, set up auto-reply messages and guard your email mailboxes against spam mails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can guard all your electronic mail accounts against junk e-mail messages. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no unasked-for email messages will find their way into your e-mail box. Your emails will be filtered out based on their spam score. You can also choose whether a mail message flagged as spam should be erased or redirected to a given email mailbox.
Email Filters
Mail filters are ideal for filtrating your incoming mails according to specific rules specified by you. Setting up e-mail filters is very easy - all you have to do is fill in a simple form and your mail filter will be activated and will go into effect immediately. You can easily create an email filter for any of your e-mailbox accounts and edit the mail filtering criteria as per your wish.
Email Forwarding
You can easily redirect your incoming mails from one e-mail box to another, or even to several other e-mail accounts. Just specify the email account you would like to redirect messages from, then choose the destination email box and select if you want to keep a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager user interface, you can easily configure the mail client of your liking to access your email mailbox accounts. Simply browse to the Auto-Config column next to the email account you want to set up on your desktop PC or mobile device and click on the e-mail client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your email client and the new mailbox account will be configured in a minute.

With the Email Manager, working with multiple e-mail boxes simultaneously is a piece of cake. The Email Manager GUI will also allow you to easily create an autoresponder message - specify the message you want people to view and our system will handle the rest. And if you want to set up a catch-all e-mailbox - you can achieve that with a mere click on the Catch-all icon.
